They will drive the delivery of high-quality web and mobile features, lead technical decision-making and system architecture, and balance short-term delivery speed with long-term platform health. The role also involves championing strong engineering practices, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, ensuring effective collaboration, and contributing to the evolution of team culture and technical standards. Encouraging the thoughtful use of AI tooling to boost productivity and quality is also a key responsibility.
