Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the KYC & Eligibility team in ensuring the reliability and scalability of the platform, optimizing identity verification processes, and upholding code quality standards through code reviews and best practices. You will collaborate with third-party identity verification providers, monitor onboarding performance metrics, and guide the team in debugging and incident resolution while implementing observability best practices. Furthermore, you will mentor and develop engineers, foster a culture of collaboration, and own the planning and execution of engineering deliverables to balance regulatory requirements, platform security, and user experience.
