You will collaborate with third-party identity verification providers, monitor onboarding performance metrics, and guide the team in debugging and incident resolution while implementing observability best practices. Furthermore, you will mentor and develop engineers, foster a culture of collaboration, and own the planning and execution of engineering deliverables to balance regulatory requirements, platform security, and user experience.
