Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred); Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Five (5) years of related experience as Engineering Manager, preferably in Healthcare Manufacturing Industry
  • Proven leadership skills and management experience
  • Fluent in English
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Direct, review, communicate, and drive improvements to processes and procedures; coordinate activities of the Engineering Department in supporting manufacturing, testing, process controls of products, and facilities
  • Develop and drive major improvement programs in quality, output, yield, and cost reduction
  • Coordinate implementation of Engineering metrics and standardization per SOP, WIs, and SFTs
  • Manage the site capability roadmap
  • Manage Technology Capabilities (Clean Energy, Industry 4.0, Automation)
  • Manage Failure Analysis Capabilities/DF(x)/Problem Solving
  • Manage Capacity Models (SMT, PTH, HLA, Facilities)
  • Identify and evaluate potential talent, drive succession planning, and ensure employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential
  • Drive process and test performance improvement throughout the facility
  • Manage and coordinate capital asset forecasts, approved equipment including upgrade and replacement plans for production equipment and facilities systems, and long-range facility planning
  • Develop, track, and report on budgets, department metrics, and department objectives
