Bachelor’s degree (preferred); Master’s degree (preferred)
Five (5) years of related experience as Engineering Manager, preferably in Healthcare Manufacturing Industry
Proven leadership skills and management experience
Fluent in English
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

Direct, review, communicate, and drive improvements to processes and procedures; coordinate activities of the Engineering Department in supporting manufacturing, testing, process controls of products, and facilities
Develop and drive major improvement programs in quality, output, yield, and cost reduction
Coordinate implementation of Engineering metrics and standardization per SOP, WIs, and SFTs
Manage the site capability roadmap
Manage Technology Capabilities (Clean Energy, Industry 4.0, Automation)
Manage Failure Analysis Capabilities/DF(x)/Problem Solving
Manage Capacity Models (SMT, PTH, HLA, Facilities)
Identify and evaluate potential talent, drive succession planning, and ensure employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential
Drive process and test performance improvement throughout the facility
Manage and coordinate capital asset forecasts, approved equipment including upgrade and replacement plans for production equipment and facilities systems, and long-range facility planning
Develop, track, and report on budgets, department metrics, and department objectives
