Requirements

Experience leading engineering teams, setting goals, and supporting development
Ability to collaborate with Product Managers to analyze requirements and produce technical solutions/execution plans
Hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and delivering software functions
Skills in analyzing and validating technical designs
Proficiency in code review and ensuring coding standards
Capability to build and manage product backlogs aligned with roadmaps
Experience in hiring, training, and developing engineers
Strong collaboration skills with local/global engineering, infrastructure, and product teams
Location availability in Singapore or San Francisco (OnSite, FullTime)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, set goals and development targets, and support the team with feedback and development plans
Work closely with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and produce technical solutions & execution plans to deliver software products
Hands-on design, implement, and deliver software functions
Analyze and validate the technical design for software functions from the team
Review code from team members and ensure standards
Engage with Product Managers to build a backlog that contributes to roadmap execution
Contribute to hiring, training, and development of engineers in the team
Assure collaboration between your team and other teams, including local/global engineering, infrastructure, and product manager teams
