Requirements

Experience leading engineering teams, setting goals, and providing feedback/development plans
Ability to work closely with Product Managers to analyze requirements and produce technical solutions/execution plans
Hands-on capability to design, implement, and deliver software functions
Skills in analyzing and validating technical designs from the team
Proficiency in code review and ensuring coding standards
Experience engaging with Product Managers to build and maintain product backlogs aligned with roadmaps
Involvement in hiring, training, and developing engineers
Ability to foster collaboration between teams (local/global engineering, infrastructure, product)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, set goals and development targets, and support the team with feedback and development plans
Work closely with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and produce technical solutions & execution plans
Hands-on design, implement, and deliver software functions
Analyze and validate technical designs for software functions from the team
Review code from team members and ensure standards
Engage with Product Managers to build a backlog that contributes to the roadmap
Contribute to hiring, training, and development of engineers in the team
Assure collaboration between your team and other teams including local/global engineering, infrastructure, and product teams
