Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience developing production-grade software
3+ years of engineering leadership experience, with a strong track record of mentoring engineers and leading teams
Proficiency in project management—able to make the right trade-offs to deliver projects on time with high quality
Experience working with web-based frameworks like Ruby, Node, or Python, along with an ORM
Strong expertise in React and front-end development best practices
Experience guiding individual contributors of different seniority levels across frontend and backend development

Responsibilities
