Requirements

Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager will lead teams building the foundation for Ada's extensibility, enabling customers and partners to connect Ada seamlessly into their ecosystems through Platform APIs and developer frameworks. Responsibilities include collaborating with product, design, and partner teams to deliver features that expand Ada's ecosystem, fostering a high-performing engineering culture, conducting regular 1:1s, acting as a coach and sponsor, defining and prioritizing roadmaps, supporting team planning and execution, and identifying and mitigating risks.
