Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team focused on improving the developer journey
  • Own and evolve the roadmap for tools and practices that make planning, code review, and collaboration effortless
  • Establish best practices for working across large, distributed codebases, ensuring consistency and quality at scale
  • Build systems that make information—documentation, design history, ownership—accessible and actionable
  • Apply AI to streamline workflows: code review augmentation, intelligent documentation and search, and emerging developer-centric tools
  • Partner with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to align developer tooling with business and product goals
  • Define and track success metrics—cycle time, adoption rates, satisfaction—so we know what’s working and where to improve
  • Evangelize new practices with clarity and energy, inspiring adoption across a global engineering organization
