The Engineering Manager will build and manage full-stack engineering teams to guide the development of features, services, and infrastructure across both web and mobile, coach direct reports on career growth, collaborate with various teams to translate vision into a roadmap, break down complex projects into smaller pieces, be a thoughtful technical voice within the team, and contribute to engineering quality and meet SLAs. They will also work closely with talent organization to recruit engineers, contribute to processes, and participate in on-call rotations and incident leadership.
