They will drive hiring to scale the team, foster an open and collaborative environment, and ensure roadmap delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers to optimize the roadmap and with the design team to maintain a consistent user experience. The role involves working closely with product managers, UX designers, and security strategists to iterate quickly on customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
