Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and enhance the core Data Ingestion platform for processing massive, real-time data streams
Contribute to the development of high-throughput, reliable data pipelines, infrastructure, and data-serving capabilities across the Attentive platform
Balance people management, technical oversight, and cross-functional leadership with Product Management and Engineering to implement end-to-end use cases
Manage high-performing teams and help them reach their highest potential
Grow the team, build upon the great culture, and ensure execution
Participate in the detailed technical design, development, implementation, and support of data ingestion pipelines and streaming applications using existing and emerging technology platforms
Collaborate with the product management team to craft plans to achieve business goals
Serve as a technical domain expert in large-scale data processing, low-latency data serving, architectural design decisions, developing and reviewing application code, and ensuring high availability and performance of critical data infrastructure
