Responsibilities

Set and communicate a clear strategic vision for your team, aligning technical initiatives with EvenUp’s broader goals
Lead teams through the full software lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Establish and champion engineering best practices around coding standards, automated testing, security, observability, and reliability
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and inclusivity
Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, product management, legal, and operations stakeholders to deliver exceptional, customer-centric products
Contribute hands-on as necessary, especially in areas related to LLM integration or optimizing AI-native workflows
