Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager, the individual will lead and manage a team of 12+ engineers, shaping the team’s technical direction while frequently participating in the team’s activities, owning deliverables and pursuing them with urgency, mitigating risks, and implementing course corrections. They will also lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of product engineers, mentor team members on best practices, foster professional and career growth, ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, foster a positive team culture, collaborate with senior engineering leadership, provide exceptional management to ensure timely delivery of customer-facing features, set a high bar of excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize projects, recommend technical patterns, maintain high standards of code quality and operational rigor, create documentation, identify and remove bottlenecks, and bring clarity to strategic direction for complex projects.
