Requirements

Depth in building secure, scalable cloud systems (AWS/Azure) across networking, autoscaling, multi-tenant patterns
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CDK
Strong observability with metrics, tracing, logs, and SLOs
Strong Node.js and TypeScript for APIs and services
Proficiency with Postgres and experience with vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus) for retrieval and semantic search
Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and retrieval augmented generation (familiarity with LangGraph a plus)
Solid engineering practices: CI/CD with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI, automated testing, code reviews, trunk-based development
Comfortable with Docker and modern release management
Hands-on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data, and support
Ownership mentality, crisp communication, comfortable deciding with 80% information
Move fast without breaking things, not afraid to learn new stacks, "we will figure it out" attitude
