Requirements

Ability to plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage engineering projects, including forecasting costs, timelines, and deadlines for development phases
Expertise in drafting executive work plans, defining budgets, and managing technical aspects of projects
Skills in coordinating project teams and organizing work group activities
Knowledge of project planning tools, such as creating detailed GANTT charts
Capability to handle internal communication, providing timely project progress updates via reporting to managers
Proficiency in external communication with suppliers, contractors, and other external entities
Experience in budget management, including cost evaluation, CAPEX approval via CAR (Capital Appropriation Request), expense monitoring, and control
Competence in drafting URS (User Requirements Specification) for equipment and machinery purchases
Ability to coordinate, organize, and monitor FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and Commissioning activities
Understanding of defining CAPEX for new processes and contributing to identifying new business opportunities

Responsibilities

Planning and managing engineering projects, including strategy identification and detailed work plan drafting (GANTT)
Preparing quotations for new clients, collaborating with Business and Technology Transfer functions, and defining CAPEX for new process engineering
Providing internal updates on project progress to managers through specific reporting
Interacting with external parties such as suppliers, contractors, and other entities to support project completion
Managing project budgets, including cost evaluation, CAPEX approval (CAR), monitoring, and controlling expenses
Coordinating, organizing, and monitoring project team activities
Drafting URS (User Requirements Specification) as the technical reference for equipment purchases
Executing and overseeing FAT, SAT, and Commissioning to validate design hypotheses in the URS
Contributing to new business opportunities by defining CAPEX for engineering new processes
