Applicable Majors: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical-Administrative Engineering, Chemical or Materials Engineering
Experience with digital documentation tools
Basic understanding of printing processes and quality standards
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint
Technical writing and document organization skills
Effective communication and attention to detail
Proactivity on the production floor
Understanding of process documentation and visual standards

Responsibilities

Migrate and standardize checklists into digital formats using SharePoint and Power Apps
Document new labels, including specifications, RLs, and approval workflows
Update SOPs and color matrices (Pantone codes, tolerances)
Support change control and version traceability
Collect process data and prepare dashboards (Excel/Power BI) for KPIs such as OEE, scrap, and rework
Assist in testing to mitigate thermo-printing and color errors
