Responsibilities

Assist in creating and refining store layouts and equipment designs for new restaurant concepts or remodels using design tools like AutoCAD or Revit
Conduct time-motion studies and workflow analyses to optimize store operations and improve labor efficiency
Support the testing and evaluation of new equipment and layout configurations, gathering data to inform decision-making
Partner with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to align design and engineering efforts with broader brand goals
Participate in projects focused on implementing sustainable design solutions and energy-efficient equipment
