Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or other related life science field with 2 or more years related experience
  • MS degree in above disciplines with 1 or more years’ experience
  • Hands-on lab skills and laboratory experience is required
  • Self-motivated, independent and proactive when scheduling own work, and considering internal customer timelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Ability to work constructively on a team
  • Ability to use word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Strong preference for hands-on lab-based experience in LC-MS/MS testing

Responsibilities

  • Perform LC-MS/MS benchtop testing in the laboratory utilizing established procedures and protocols
  • Plan day-to-day and routine tasks without direct instruction and guidance
  • Review test results to confirm data accuracy, perform data analysis, generate test report and draw conclusions based on those results
  • Perform all work in compliance with FDA Design Control guidance, ISO standards, cGMP, and other applicable regulations
  • Perform other responsibilities to support the needs of the department, as assigned
  • Demonstrate a strong continuous improvement focus and execution of improvement projects
