Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical field
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment and machine (preferred)
  • Effective coordination and communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge in electrical wiring, PLC system, control system, pneumatics system, actuators, sensors, and their working principles

Responsibilities

  • Achieve site factory KPIs, including OEE, yield, productivity (ppH), and cost-efficiency targets
  • Fulfill site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) objectives
  • Drive improvements in machine performance stability
  • Oversee tooling maintenance, optimize inventory tracking, and enhance design innovations
  • Contribute to the transformation toward Industry 4.0
  • Support initiatives related to sustainability and environmental stewardship
  • Design, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot equipment used in manufacturing, production, or other operational processes
