Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical field
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting equipment and machine (preferred)
Effective coordination and communication skills
Intermediate knowledge in electrical wiring, PLC system, control system, pneumatics system, actuators, sensors, and their working principles

Responsibilities

Achieve site factory KPIs, including OEE, yield, productivity (ppH), and cost-efficiency targets
Fulfill site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) objectives
Drive improvements in machine performance stability
Oversee tooling maintenance, optimize inventory tracking, and enhance design innovations
Contribute to the transformation toward Industry 4.0
Support initiatives related to sustainability and environmental stewardship
Design, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot equipment used in manufacturing, production, or other operational processes
