This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka with most work performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing; primary shift is 7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST (9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT) with flexibility, and occasional on-call support.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent), 1–2+ years in IT or IAM (internships acceptable), strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, team-oriented and detail-focused mindset, plus exposure to Java, SQL, or scripting is a plus.
This is an entry-level individual contributor role working under guidance from senior developers, with a focus on supporting SailPoint IIQ operations in a hybrid setup and occasional on-call support.
Strong candidates have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, 1-2+ years IT/IAM experience (even internships), eagerness to learn IAM development, strong analytical/troubleshooting skills, and are team-oriented with exposure to Java/SQL/scripting as a plus.
