Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area)
Proven leadership experience
Desire to work in a Manufacturing environment

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $67,000 and $70,000. The range for Technical Degrees is not fully specified in the job description.
