Provide technical leadership for software components using PL/SQL, and write/debug Unix shell scripts in Bash. Create, modify, and manage cron jobs for task scheduling. Utilize SunTec TBMS for rating, taxing, and account management. Develop software using Java, Spring Boot, and either Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, with version control via GitHub Enterprise Cloud. Test software using JUnit and perform CI/CD using Concourse. Develop Java applications using AWS and Cloud Foundry, and perform data manipulation with Python libraries like NumPy and Pandas. Support applications under development, customize existing applications, and assist with software updates and release roll-outs. Analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications. Document all development activities, including research, writing, and editing technical requirements, designs, test results, and reports. Monitor competitive applications, review relevant literature, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements. Conduct analysis for integration needs and work with QA to ensure applications meet specifications. Guide and mentor junior engineers.
