Responsibilities

  • New development tasks including project planning, performance at system/component level, structural analysis, and problem-solving
  • Technical support to manufacturing teams at hydraulic excavator factories/suppliers worldwide
  • Resolution and support for issues in existing model products
  • Collaboration with internal process partners on technical, commercial, and program issues
  • Collaboration with external suppliers to conduct quality build-in activities aligned with project progress, achieving continuous quality improvement and effective partnerships
  • On-site inspections of development machines as part of testing and issue investigation/resolution
  • Support for product quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives
  • Design and development of hydraulic excavator operator cab (including interior/exterior) and related components; support development and evaluation for new models, analysis and resolution of issues in existing models/products/systems
  • Project management, structural analysis, and collaboration with internal manufacturing partners, external suppliers, and global engineering teams (domestic/overseas) to manage quality and cost targets
