Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success on the player engagement of a PC/Console live game
  • Demonstrated experience with engagement systems: Battle Passes, seasonal events, progression loops, retention mechanics, etc
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in owning and driving a live content roadmap and influencing cross-discipline creative teams
  • Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own the live player engagement roadmap: Drive the prioritization of engagement features across seasons, events, and content drops
  • Define the “why” behind the features: Be the strategic voice behind what will bring lapsed players back, deepen loyalty, and increase session frequency
  • Collaborate across creative and production: Influence design and creative direction
  • Lead and grow a team: Manage a small team of Live Ops specialists and build a high-performing engagement function
  • Track KPIs & P&L: Partner with Data Insight and Marketing to forecast, measure, and optimize player engagement
  • Voice of the player: Leverage data, research, and intuition to ensure our roadmap is always tuned to what the audience needs next
