Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple customer and partner engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SailPoint’s Success Acceleration Services (SAS)
  • Align customer expectations with project execution from initial implementation through governance and renewal
  • Manage resources, track project progress, report service consumption, and provide transparency to stakeholders
  • Serve as liaison between clients and internal operational teams (Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Management)
  • Identify risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure engagements remain on track and aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, and Solution Architects on resource planning and team staffing
  • Lead customer discussions, workshops, and serve as first point of escalation
  • Proactively identify improvements in customer engagement and internal processes, proposing solutions
  • Foster collaboration across teams and support skill development within the organization
  • Ensure SailPoint’s core values (Individualization, Impact, Integrity, Innovation) are reflected in customer interactions
