Requirements

5+ years in a Microsoft-based end user support role
Experience in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft365, Azure AD/AD, Windows 10/11, DHCP, DNS, Intune
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with collaborative team skills
Experience in automation and scripting, PowerShell preferred
Firm understanding of the relationship between the infrastructure and how it relates to desktop and end user environments
Experience with M365 online collaboration suite of tools

Responsibilities

Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively and that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
Troubleshooting all end user hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile, and any other related devices, both in the office and at home
Deploy, update, and maintain all desktop applications
Project work focusing on desktop-related hardware and software implementations and improvements
Maintain and support telephony, conference room setups, and printers
Inventory and record keeping of all applications and desktop hardware
Script / automation development for repeatable processes
Maintain adherence to our existing change control and documentation process
