Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Microsoft-based end user support role
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft365, Azure AD/AD, Windows 10/11, DHCP, DNS, Intune
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills along with collaborative team skills
  • Experience in automation and scripting, PowerShell preferred
  • Firm understanding of the relationship between the infrastructure and how it relates to desktop and end user environments
  • Experience with M365 online collaboration suite of tools

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively and that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Troubleshooting all end user hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile, and any other related devices, both in the office and at home
  • Deploy, update, and maintain all desktop applications
  • Project work focusing on desktop-related hardware and software implementations and improvements
  • Maintain and support telephony, conference room setups, and printers
  • Inventory and record keeping of all applications and desktop hardware
  • Script / automation development for repeatable processes
  • Maintain adherence to our existing change control and documentation process
