Responsibilities

Reporte interno al gerente de rehabilitación de edificios
Control de planificación económica y cronograma
Coordinación de los trabajos en obra, siendo el único interlocutor con las empresas subcontratistas
Velar por el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud
Interlocución con dirección facultativa y coordinación de seguridad y salud
Cierre de certificaciones mensuales con los proveedores y contratistas
Relación con los clientes (comunidades de propietarios)
Gestión de compras
Coordinación con el resto de departamentos transversales dentro de la compañía (PRL, RRHH, jurídico, etc.)
Preparación y seguimiento del expediente de subvención y la posterior gestión de la justificación documental
Trabajos de jefe/a de obra incluyendo coordinación de subcontratas, supervisión y control de calidad de los trabajos (instalación, equipos y materiales), tareas de recurso preventivo, etc. para la instalación de luminarias LED, desconexión de luminarias e instalación y PEM de monitorización en el interior de naves industriales
