More than 5 years of experience in construction work in a similar position as Encargado General

Responsibilities

General supervision of fieldwork and coordination between different parties
Experience in handling labor and equipment
Experience in building construction
Organization of spaces, maneuvering, storage, loading/unloading of required materials
Control and monitoring of process execution
Control of compliance with planning
Interpretation of plans and specifications
Control and organization of work groups and task assignment to operators
Reception, organization, and calculation of materials
Control of means, machinery, and required materials
Supervision and verification of work processes and results
Coordinate and supervise operational tasks in the unit/department according to established procedures, selecting and redefining specific operation methods adapted to project particularities
Responsible for contract execution
Plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are executed on time, with specifications, and within established costs
Manage contracts and obtain required permits and licenses
Prepare budget estimates
Plan and set construction phases
Supervise subcontractor and subordinate/staff activities
Verify progress and work quality throughout all project phases
