As an Employee Experience & Impact Specialist II, you will support Spring’s 10 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ERG Leads, and Task Force Leaders by helping them develop programming, educational content, and engagement strategies. You will also design and facilitate training, workshops, and learning opportunities for employees, manage the Sprout with Spring Mentorship Program, and collaborate with People Operations to track and report out on key talent metrics, including retention, promotion, and sentiment analysis.
