Responsibilities

Program Management & Support:
- Support Spring’s 10 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ERG Leads, and Task Force Leaders.
- Assist in developing programming, educational content, and engagement strategies for ERGs.
- Design and facilitate training, workshops, and learning opportunities for employees on concepts of equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging.
- Manage the Sprout with Spring Mentorship Program, including participant management, communications, and data analysis.
Data, Metrics & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and report on equity and inclusion metrics.
- Collaborate with People Operations to track and report on key talent metrics (retention, promotion, sentiment analysis).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to support belonging initiatives.
