Requirements

  • Skilled in video, podcast, or other forms of content creation to help tell employee stories
  • Familiar with Jira, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative and project management tools
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop from concept to execution a range of content designed for use in various communication materials, such as newsletters, company intranet, emails, and internal social media, and community content
  • Day-to-day management of the company communication platforms and channels, ensuring they are up to date, engaging, and aligned with company goals
  • Develop communication plans and content geared for internal audiences that support the objectives of the various organizations
  • Leverage video for creative storytelling, with a strong focus on writing scripts and developing short-form video content
  • Support internal events such as company meetings to promote employee engagement
  • Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding their questions and concerns via email and Teams
  • Track the effectiveness of internal communications programs and campaigns, making adjustments as needed
