Requirements

  • Be a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word with experience collaborating efficiently in M365 (OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent required
  • Willingness to obtain Health and Life Insurance License in your state is required
  • Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Health and Life Insurance License in your state preferred
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Experience working in Employee Benefits preferred
  • Experience working in Benefits Administration systems preferred (Employee Navigator, EASE, ADP, Paycom, iSolved)

Responsibilities

  • Configure customized benefit administration systems tailored around the needs of the client, specifics of sold policies, and established Best Practices
  • Work with carriers to configure file feeds between systems and troubleshoot data transmission issues
  • Provide support for client advisors, support staff, and at times, the actual client
  • Work with minimal direction to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Manage and log work-related tasks using the Team’s dedicated project management workspace in monday.com
  • Collaborate with the team on defining and refining Best Practices, SOPs, and general process improvements
  • Ongoing maintenance of clients in our employee benefit administration system, Employee Navigator
