Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as event platforms, CRM, and registration systems is necessary. Fluent English is mandatory, with a B2 level or equivalent in French and proficiency in German being a plus.
The EMEA Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for supporting regional event initiatives by coordinating and executing all logistical aspects of in-person and virtual events. This includes venue and platform booking, supplier negotiation, swag production, and signage. The role involves handling vendor communications, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring all event elements are delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, the coordinator will support lead generation by capturing attendee data, oversee event registrations and platforms for a smooth attendee experience, maintain internal documentation and reporting, and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and local teams to align event goals and messaging. Travel to onsite events across EMEA will be required.
