Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and execution: Partner with the A&PS/LS leadership to develop and implement strategies for the professional services business, including resource allocation and pricing
  • Deal Governance Management: Oversee delivery assurance, deal coordination, and account support governance to mitigate risks, ensure adherence to global processes, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for complex multi-business-unit opportunities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction
  • Resource Management and cost optimization: Oversee the allocation and utilization of professional services resources, ensuring optimal staffing and resource utilization
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Define and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve business performance – Build strong foundation and PBI reporting platform
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial processes for the professional services business
  • Client Relationship Management - customer satisfaction: Ensure smooth and efficient client interactions, addressing inquiries and providing support – improve service delivery to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
  • Tool Management: Manage and optimize the use of tools and systems used by the professional services team, such as PSA systems and CRM software
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development to professional services resources on best practices and new processes
  • Team leadership & management - Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead Business operation team in the different countries/clusters
