Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, possess fluency in both English and German, and have at least 8 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, applications engineering, or customer support role with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Strong knowledge of [industry-specific technology, e.g., PCB design, embedded systems, semiconductors, etc.] is required, along with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex technical engagements.

Responsibilities

The EMEA Enterprise FAE Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of FAEs, define and implement strategies to support enterprise customers through technical consultation and demonstrations, collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams, drive technical enablement and training programs, support the sales cycle by providing deep technical expertise, maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, develop and track key performance metrics for the FAE team, stay updated on industry trends, and ensure FAEs effectively communicate product roadmaps and provide feedback to internal stakeholders on customer needs, while also managing resource allocation and project prioritization to maximize impact and alignment with business objectives.
