Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within the DTC e-commerce industry
  • Proficiency in at least one major Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze, etc. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is a strong plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to find insights in data and use them to drive strategy. Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Preferred: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
  • Preferred: Experience with other lifecycle channels such as SMS or Push Notifications
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns for a portfolio of DTC brands, including daily promotions, new product launches, and major seasonal events (e.g., Black Friday). This includes planning, content coordination, production, deployment, and analysis
  • Design, build, and continuously optimize sophisticated automated marketing flows, such as welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty programs to enhance customer LTV
  • Develop and implement advanced customer segmentation strategies based on user data (behavioral, demographic, transactional) to deliver highly personalized and relevant content
  • Establish and run a scientific A/B testing program to systematically test and optimize key variables, including subject lines, copy, CTAs, send times, and landing pages, to continuously improve performance metrics
  • Monitor and analyze key email marketing KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Email, etc.), generating regular performance reports and translating data into actionable insights for strategic adjustments
