About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer in the Professional Services team, you will be instrumental in connecting software development with infrastructure delivery for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include architecting resilient cloud-native environments, optimizing deployment pipelines, and delivering custom automation solutions to ensure customer success. This is a key role for a technical expert who excels in cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and driving value through infrastructure excellence.

A Day in The Life of Our DevOps Engineer

  • Build and continuously optimize CI/CD processes and automation for server provisioning and application deployment.
  • Construct resilient and scalable service infrastructure to support various regions.
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale application services.
  • Maintain clear and strong relationships with software development departments.
  • Plan and document work and projects.
  • Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in project management and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Participate in an on-call rotating schedule.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Significant cloud operations experience with AWS.
  • Understanding of cloud data security and industry standards.
  • A passion for building great cloud infrastructure and products.
  • 8+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE environment.
  • 8+ years of experience working with Linux and Windows systems.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of cloud infrastructure components such as AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Storage, Route53 and network appliances).
  • Hands-on experience architecting and securing cloud networking, including VPC peering, subnets, and security groups.
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, or alternative CI systems.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and Domains.
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
