Requirements

  • Expertise in Electrical Systems, covering design, operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and interpretation of electrical technologies (primarily) and electronic technologies (some focus)
  • Experience integrating and applying electrical and electronic systems across industrial platforms, particularly in defense systems (aerospace, land, and naval sectors)
  • Good competency in English (mandatory; non-native candidates must provide proof via IELTS, TOEFL, STEP, or similar exam)
  • Ability to undergo enhanced background security checks
  • Subject to final client approval for employment offer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in modules including: MRO for Aerospace and Defense Electrical and Avionics Systems, Power Circuits and Transmission (Fundamentals through to Advanced), High Voltage Technology and System Integrity, Electrical Machine Elements and Drive Systems, PCB Manufacturing, Assembly and Inspection, Electronics Diagnostics: Testing, Calibration and Troubleshooting
  • Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments aligned with industry standards and best practices
  • Ensure training is industry-focused with emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies
  • Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, provide structured feedback, and maintain high teaching standards through peer reviews and lesson observations
  • Engage and motivate trainees to foster technical excellence and professional behaviors
  • Manage course content and success rates, develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs
  • Conduct assessments, internal verification, and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies
  • Ensure safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities
  • Organize enrichment activities such as industry visits, guest lectures, and hands-on projects
  • Support trainee selection, recruitment, and enrollment
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and career support to trainees for program success and employment progression
  • Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and welfare
  • Collaborate with a flexible training team to enhance the learning experience
