5+ years experience in electric vehicle service
5+ years experience in R&D technical operations
Highly skilled in electronics and experienced with a wide range of vehicles and systems
Proficient in automotive electrical systems troubleshooting and repair
Experience with CAN bus analysis tools and signal interpretation
Demonstrated competency with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment
Hands-on experience creating custom electrical test harnesses and wiring solutions
Strong organizational skills with experience in lab parts management and inventory control
Proven track record in electrical systems testing and validation support

Responsibilities

Support R&D operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of the test fleet
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to support engineering objectives, with emphasis on automotive electrical systems troubleshooting
Utilize CAN signal and message viewing tools to analyze vehicle communication networks and diagnose system issues
Operate digital multimeters and oscilloscopes to measure, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and signals
Design and fabricate electrical test harnesses to support development testing and validation activities
Manage and organize lab parts inventory, ensuring proper storage, cataloging, and availability of components for testing operations
Provide comprehensive electrical systems testing support for vehicle development programs
Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams, providing valuable insights
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Occasional travel to support vehicle-level testing operations
