Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related engineering degree
Good application skills of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Support Electrical Development Engineers in implementing new product designs and modifications for commercial vehicles to improve quality, cost, and customer value through participation in cross-functional teams
Assist engineering team in daily production issue resolution
Assist in research of new product components and materials
Assist in developing and performing lab tests for new product verification
Assist in prototype vehicle wiring
Maintain high ethical and work standards, promote them in others, and ensure professional demeanor in all business activities
Communicate clearly orally and in writing, prepare concise reports using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, listen actively, and respond promptly
Work cooperatively in teams, support company initiatives, and achieve organizational goals
Identify work improvements, perform root-cause analysis, implement solutions, and apply urgency to problem resolution
Accept accountability for projects, advise supervisor on concerns/progress, and ensure successful implementation of duties
