Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support Electrical Development Engineers in implementing new product designs and modifications for commercial vehicles to improve quality, cost, and customer value through participation in cross-functional teams
  • Assist engineering team in daily production issue resolution
  • Assist in research of new product components and materials
  • Assist in developing and performing lab tests for new product verification
  • Assist in prototype vehicle wiring
  • Maintain high ethical and work standards, promote them in others, and ensure professional demeanor in all business activities
  • Communicate clearly orally and in writing, prepare concise reports using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, listen actively, and respond promptly
  • Work cooperatively in teams, support company initiatives, and achieve organizational goals
  • Identify work improvements, perform root-cause analysis, implement solutions, and apply urgency to problem resolution
  • Accept accountability for projects, advise supervisor on concerns/progress, and ensure successful implementation of duties
