The role is full-time and remote within a fully flexible workplace, but candidates must be located within 60 miles of hubs in SF Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, Denver, Houston, Calgary, or Toronto to foster in-person connections. Team gatherings occur four times a year at Team Weeks and hub locations.
The position includes 50% travel to project sites in both California and Texas.
Expertise in high-voltage systems, substations, interconnections, and protection systems is essential, along with skills in root cause analysis, preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, switching operations, inspections, testing, and compliance oversight.
You'll join the Ops Technical Services team, which provides deep technical expertise and operational support for Intersect’s growing fleet, focusing on asset reliability, compliance, performance, site operations, asset management, and external O&M partners.

Develops and operates clean energy projects
