Responsibilities
- Ayudar en la atención de solicitudes de la red para los procesos PLD y Actualización de expedientes, mediante controles y bases de datos
- Gestionar bases de datos para la actualización de expedientes con el fin de apoyar al Gerente Compliance regional en la identificación de zonas bottom, así como visitas a sucursal
- Apoyar al Compliance Regional en la gestión y seguimiento de peticiones de procesos PLD y Actualización de expedientes; mediante correos, atención de llamadas, métricas, presentaciones y visitas a sucursal en conjunto con el Compliance Regional
- Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes semanales o por peticiones especiales del área y/o región
- Seguimiento a las nuevas métricas del área respecto de la atención y eficiencia de los procesos Compliance
- Apoyar en el análisis de información de casos a reconsiderar
- Apoyar en las solicitudes de información adicionales que, de acuerdo a los procesos, se requiera en el puesto
- Apoyar al Gerente Compliance Regional en las capacitaciones anuales y especiales realizadas en la región
