Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or above in safety, mechanical engineering, engineering, or related fields
  • Prior experience in the management of safety and environmental protection, fire protection systems, emergency response, industrial hygiene, and security operations, along with relevant professional certifications, is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Have received training in safety, occupational health, environmental protection, or equivalent
  • Good English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operation of the factory's emergency organization
  • Coordinate and organize all departments to implement the ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems
  • Promote standards for safety, occupational health, and environmental protection, and strengthen the prevention and control of accidents and occupational diseases
  • Organize relevant meetings regularly, provide consulting services and guide actions to the Safety Committee (SC), ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of all activities
  • Participate in formulating appropriate action plans and close out safety issues
  • Promote the performance of safety, occupational health, and environmental protection responsibilities among all employees
  • Ensure that employees, customers, and third-party personnel (including contractors) accept and understand their safety responsibilities
  • Standardize the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), comply with safety rules and regulations, train others, and adhere to the factory's EHS guidelines
  • Communicate and strengthen safety work procedures
  • Participate in and supervise occupational health and safety training courses as well as their management and control
  • Comply with 5S management requirements
  • Fulfill relevant goals and indicators for EHS and ESG (energy management)
  • Fulfill the company's EHS-related responsibilities and comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Abide by safety regulations, as well as various safety procedure documents, guidelines, and safe operating procedures
  • Organize the company's safety training programs, including content such as workplace safety hazards, basic emergency evacuation knowledge and skills, correct wearing and use of PPE, compliance with employer-specified dress codes, and proper operation of equipment
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors
  • Achieve EHS and Energy Goals & Objectives proactively
  • Follow company Compliance, EHS, Energy, IT, HR etc. policies which required and updated by Corporate/company
  • Comply with government EHS, Emergency, Energy regulations and policies
  • Ensure business EHS and Energy relevant responsibility proactively and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Ensure individual and whole team to accomplish EHS and Energy, compliance, IT policy trainings
  • Identification and closure of safety issues and their corrective actions
  • Assure environmental, energy management & ergonomic issues are complying
