Requirements

Prevention Advisor Level II certificate or willingness to obtain it
Knowledge of environmental and safety legislation
Proven experience in a similar role within EHS, ideally in a GMP environment
Technical knowledge or a willingness to deepen understanding of critical technical safety standards
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent administrative skills

Responsibilities

Foster and promote a strong safety culture across the organization
Design and deliver effective training programs
Develop and implement safety policies to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Evaluate and approve machinery for commissioning, ensuring adherence to critical safety standards
Provide advice on safety and environmental aspects of ongoing and future projects
Coordinate internal and external safety and environmental audits
Monitor and report EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management
Analyze trends and recommend improvement measures
Represent the EHS department in CPBW meetings, presenting proposals and updates
Manage the Global Prevention Plan (GPP) and Annual Action Plan (AAP)
Support departments in conducting thorough risk assessments
Identify potential hazards and propose practical improvement measures
Lead initiatives to reduce energy consumption and enhance sustainability efforts
