Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced digital media or performance marketing environment. They should possess demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail, be comfortable working remotely with strong communication and time management skills, and have a high level of comfort learning new systems. Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, basic content formatting including light HTML, basic SEO practices, and an open mind towards AI in workflows are required.

The Editorial Assistant will support the FinanceBuzz team in producing high-quality SEO content, including formatting posts, creating visuals, and publishing content. Responsibilities include updating published content for accuracy, monetization, SEO, and reader experience, as well as updating data in internal tools. The role involves ensuring compliance requirements are applied to content, assisting with documentation, fact-checking, copyediting, and collaborating with the Editorial Team to improve skills and foster the FinanceBuzz brand.
