Responsibilities

  • Deliver merchandise to clients on time, completely, and within specified deadlines to meet their business needs
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of the assigned distribution truck, respecting company policies and preserving its integrity
  • Comply with delivery routes without delays, organizing delivery times efficiently
  • Provide high-quality customer service to reflect a positive company image
  • Promote the company as the best option by delivering products in good condition and on time
  • Return trucks clean at the end of the workday
  • Verify correct cancellation of invoices in cash or check, and manage documentation carefully
  • Maintain appropriate truck temperatures to keep products in good condition
  • Communicate client returns to customer service for verification and approval
  • Make correct deposits of received money when required, handling and depositing it properly at designated branches
  • Report any product identification or condition anomalies to the Distribution Supervisor for modification
  • Participate in morning meetings to communicate concerns or improvements
  • Collaborate on other tasks associated with the position as required by the area or company
