They must possess strong expertise in statistical and econometric modeling, utilizing tools like EViews, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex data insights.
The Economic Data Associate will develop, enhance, and expand economic models and forecasts with a focus on data management and model performance, manage data flows and adapt to changes, collaborate with the forecast team to support model improvements and address data-related client inquiries, identify and incorporate new data sources to enhance model accuracy and performance, and liaise with other forecasting teams to explore and implement new methodologies and tools.
