This is a part-time position.
A Bachelor’s degree is required in child development, special education, early childhood special education, social work or related field, plus at least 1 year of experience working with children identified as having a developmental delay.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Cantonese speaking is highly desired.
Key skills include understanding early intervention principles, ability to engage children and families, successful collaboration with peers and leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work independently with flexibility.
Strong candidates have experience with diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, enthusiasm for the organization's values and mission, and the physical ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs while interacting with active children.
