Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing from an accredited university
  • Legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in Qatar
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
  • Graduated from Bachelor's degree within the last 24 months
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships and network across all levels
  • Strong aptitude for and innovative approach to planning techniques
  • Enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach
  • Flexible working hours
  • Experience in MS Office functions including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in Oracle ERP and SAP ERP (advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Working on various planning tools (management assignments) within the organization
  • Close working with project managers/shop planner on necessary support for day-to-day business needs
  • Participating in career development and formal training, receiving coaching and mentoring
  • Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers, and interacting with organization leaders
  • Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
  • Driving continuous process improvement using initiatives
  • Supporting process troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Ensuring Health, Environment, and Safety compliance
