Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in Project Management and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a plus, and candidates must be highly detail-oriented with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

The E2E Project Coordinator will manage project delivery, including trackers and issue logs, ensuring 100% compliance with operational processes. They will act as an Ops coordinator, leading project meetings with internal teams and external partners, and assisting the Project Manager in planning and controlling project activities. Responsibilities include ensuring task ownership, adherence to CI processes and SOPs, managing projects within budget, identifying and actioning spec changes, planning and monitoring E2E processes, collaborating with the E2E Manager on project issues, improving operational efficiency, assisting with quotations, communicating project plans, generating validation reports, ensuring data backups, and supporting staff with technical problems. Additionally, they will plan and organize fieldwork, manage vendor relationships for field supervision, ensure timely action on data anomalies, and oversee vendor partner checks.
