Requirements

Candidates must possess a 4+-year university degree in Computer Science with excellent grades in foundational courses and machine learning. They should have hands-on experience with Python ML/Data Science, model monitoring, Git, build systems, and CI/CD. A passion for high-quality code, data engineering innovation, curiosity for new technology, and fluency in English are essential. Bonus points include success in algorithm competitions, data science contests, Kaggle, HuggingFace leaderboards, a code portfolio, a PhD in Computer Science, or publications at major ML conferences.

Responsibilities

The role involves designing and contributing to experimental end-to-end ML/AI pipelines, addressing new use cases, and improving/adapting AI pipelines for production with live data streams. Responsibilities include inventing data preprocessing methods, performing tweaks for optimal AI pipeline performance, designing benchmark tasks, conducting experiments, building unit tests, implementing model monitoring, and contributing production code to developer frameworks. Additionally, the engineer will pre-process datasets for LLM training, ensuring the success of both the developer offering and client delivery.
